We live in a harsh but
beautiful environment. It demands respect and we give it that, by
building products that are uniquely African.
We've been around the block
once or twice. Since 1973 two generations of the Selke family have put
their name to a range of gear they believe is worthy of it. We don't
just work for a company, we live it.
We select and use the best of
raw materials to ensure that what we produce is worthy of carrying our
name. Our products are designed to have a long life span. History has
confirmed this.
My mate from the bush (see
top of page) does exist. He is a combination of three people, two
friends and myself. What we need, we make. What we make must be good
because we use it. And none of us like nylons and plastics or fancy
brand names that cost a fortune and can't do the job. And are made in
China.
Our products have been
constructed from top grade materials to give you unmatched durability;
the exact opposite of 'planned obsolescence.'
