Crown off-white, mottled brown; bill yellowish.
Locally common near-endemic, sedentary with some nomadic movements
recorded. In pairs or small groups of 4-8 birds.
Dry, open woodland.
Almost entirely invertebrates.
Harsh, nasal skwee-kwee-kwee notes.
Monogamous and co-operative. Cup nest well bound with cobweb and
placed in fork of outer branch of tree.
